Today is Day25 contiguous on LFRV. I am developing quite the headache. I have to assume more cleansing. Cannot forget I just had the dental procedure last week and the poisons will be on the way out.I will try to drink a bit more water and rest all I can.
I do believe this is well worth the effort.
